Each year, the Bedford County Township Officials Association (BCTOA) publishes an 88 page directory.  Every Township's most current data is listed in an easy-to-read format.  State, County, and Borough contacts are also listed.

     This directory is 8-1/2 x 11".  It is sponsored by our advertisers.  A full page ad is $100 for the entire year.   A half page ad is $50 , and a quarter page ad is $25.

     The secretary takes ads and payment from November 1st through January 15th each year.  The book is printed and distributed around the first of March.   For more information, or to see a directory, call

     The directory would not be possible without our advertisers.  The advertising fees also help defray the cost of our annual convention.  Advertisers are invited to the convention free of charge, and may also set up a table-top display at no charge.  You get your ad in the hands of 450 municipal officials at the convention, and get a free all-you-can-eat dinner.

     The directories are well-used by the townships and county officials.  They call our advertiser, first!​
